Fix Cancelled Recurring RTSI Fields Need to be passed as Booleans

The new contact method fields to say how the customer contacted the merchant need to be passed as Booleans instead of Y/N fields. CancellationMethod is also required to be passed along side ContactMerchantDetails

  1. Customer contact merchant indicators are passed as Booleans.
  2. CancellationMethod is passed as a request field.

Resolved an issue where fields required for Visa Chargeback Cancelled Recurring were sent as Yes/No values instead of a Booleans values. This fix ensures the values True/False are sent in place of Yes/No
