Fix Identity Theft: Confirmation Screen is Missing Info

AS a system, when a Fraud Application or Account Takeover claim is filed the Confirmation screen should show the Identity Theft information. 
  1. When a Fraud Application Claims is initiated the confirmation screen shows the Identity Theft information.
  2. When a ATO Claims is initiated the confirmation screen shows the Identity Theft information.

Resolved an issue where when an ATO or Fraud Application claim was filed, information was not presented to the user on the confirmation screen. This fix ensures that the identity Theft information is properly displayed on the confirmation screen.
